What should we do to get start with Mystic token?
Download the necessary software's as per the description from the download link. Install the server software and contact us for one month trial license. Other software's you can download and install for free. You can use a windows tab to install the server so that the customers can use it for getting their token.
Do we have any physical device on the workbench to disturb us?
Mystic token is a software package and you don't want to keep any physical device on the workbench to call the customers.
Is customer notification App for free?
Yes. Your customers can download the notification app for free from the google play store
Is IOS application for customer notification available at Apple store?
No. At present we have only android app available for customer notification.
What customers need to do to get the queue update?
At the booking time, they need to scan the barcode provided with the token by the notification App and the rest is as simple as that
